JLPT Verdict

My [results->jlpt-atfermath] are in, and…

VICTORY!

I just came in at a solid 82.5% score in the [JLPT->] Level 4 test! That’s much more than I expected, and suddenly I felt regret that I didn’t take Level 3 instead (which is not that much harder in comparison). Oh well, this basically means nothing other than already having a metric or certificate that proves I really have 5% knowledge of Japanese… or is it 10% already? Yea, let’s update that, I know 10% already!

Of course, this shouldn’t be the end. Learning is an endless process in the pursuit for more knowledge and more ways to apply that knowledge (and more moolah to earn with that application of knowledge [and more cool and spicy stuffs to buy with that moolah earned in that application of knowledge… lol]).

I’m hoping this serves as my personal inspiration to blog more then? Sorry for the long wait, my teeth-gritting is over. Hopefully I can pull off some more interesting rants like before.

Until then!

  1. Wow, fantastic! xD I only got a puny 300/400, gotta work harder. I agree, I think I should’ve done Level 3 (since I was actually studying level 3 stuff

  2. Thank you guys!

    JLPT Level 1 in… a decade?

I wanted Level 2 to be my next target, although that would be a longshot as I have only 8 months to study, but Level 3 is attainable at least.

  3. Congratulations! Even level 4 is pretty far out of reach for me, I can count all the kanji I know on one hand…

  4. congrats! woot! xD

skipping level 3 for level2 is quite a big jump. It’s really difficult, but if you’re really hardcore, I think it can be possible.

  5. Good going.

I just passed Level 2 myself, and need to figure out if I’ll be able to pull off a pass in Level 1 this year. It’s iffy, but if I really push myself, I might just be able to do it…

  6. Great job. So that method of reviewing worked after all, eh? I should aim for JLPT4 myself as well… 😀

  7. Well my exile to Japan certainly helped I guess, but I never thought I’d do well on the Kanji parts. Secondary help is my raw NANA/Death Note viewing during that time lol. Those are hard-to-decipher dialogue animes.

  9. I fail at trying to learn Japanese culture and language. Though, I’m glad to see that you’re doing pretty well on it.

On the side note….I want your full guide of the Anime Series: To Heart 2 Another day when you get it when it comes out.

  10. Hmm it seems like your website ate my first comment (it was extremely long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I wrote and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog. I as well am an aspiring blog blogger but I’m still new to everything. Do you have any points for newbie blog writers? I’d certainly appreciate it.

  11. I seriously love your site.. Great colors & theme. Did you develop this amazing site yourself?

Please reply back as I’m planning to create my own blog and would like to find out where you got this from or what the theme is named.
    Many thanks!
