The ‘kissing’ incident doesn’t really count as anything but humor and a cute scene. It is the /growth/ of Sasuke and Naruto’s bonds on a spiritual level that makes this a possible pairing besides NaruSaku. (If it ever did happen, I’d see it as one-sided with Sasuke however.)
